Arrowad Group is an investment group with a strong focus on human, self- and institutional development activities. The company’s mission is to produce, transfer and disseminate knowledge.

It was founded in 1990 by Mr. Abdullah Bin Ibrahim Al-Khalaf, its current chairman.

Arrowad Group views the process of education, training and development as the cornerstone for human development and civilization building. It is, indeed, one of the main pillars on which any successful nation is built. This fact has inspired the group to establish companies specialized in education, training and consultancy services. Knowledge Pioneers for Training and Education (KPTE) is a member of the Arrowad Group that specializes in training and human resources development. The company’s main office is in Riyadh and it has branches in other areas in KSA and other Arab countries and Britain.

The Arrowad Training - a member of Arrowad Group- is working to produce specialized professional knowledge and build its skills and transfer it to its partners.

The core of Arrowad Training business is to focus on boosting potential and experience, provoking competitiveness, and empowering of human resources vocationally and professionally by designing and developing qualitative initiatives, and carrying out serious training that leaves the impact. Arrowad Training focuses on empowering men and women as an effective and influential factor in the national development.

The leadership of Saudi Arabia has predicted a bright future with its vision built on what Allah has chosen by its strengths: the Arab-Islamic depth, its rich economic resources, its position in the world and its people as the greatest treasure, 70% of people are youth , an ambitious people leading efforts to achieve that vision, reaching its first stop in 2030. In order to achieve that vision, a national transition plan has been developed focusing on the development of human resources in all sectors such as health, economy, education and others.

In its faith in the importance of improving human resources and education, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has formulated its vision towards international distinction in both the public and university education outcomes, and tending to answer the needs of the labor market working through developing integrated programs systems in all their components towards distinction, by creating partnership with the society local and international institutions to improve the capacity of human resources, and develop their qualifications to upsurge the society to build prosperous society that answers the ambition of every citizen. Developing the talents of qualified human resources in jobs of different sectors has always been a strategy practice to empower the citizens to lead the work in these sectors, but in education sector is still facing great challenges due to the special requirements of this sector; this calls all to think objectively and realistically to accomplish the goal.

Lead by our feeling of the responsibility, Knowledge Pioneers for Training and Education KPTE carried its share of load and contributed to supporting the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by recruiting its long and deep expertise in national and international education, being a part of Arrowad Group, the pioneers of International education, in addition to our available experience, abilities and capabilities, and our vision in human development through offering services and training solutions which contribute in improving human resources consistence with the requirements of development and quick global changes, we took the initiative by building the project of INTEREDU™ responding to the trend of these changes of the and recruit our program to become one of the qualitative strategic tools to support accomplishing the vision of empowering the educators profession to cope with 21st century requirements and developments.
